I wanted to write to tell you about a great experience my Head Start class had today. We asked to visit the Kindergarten classroom to show our hatching butterflies. It was a definite hit! A couple of weeks ago, they had baby chicks hatching and invited us to see. I was so happy we could reciprocate their kindness.

I just want to tell you what a wonderful experience we had in our classes for four and five year olds. I think we only lost two or three caterpillars out of the four containers – one came out with a broken wing. We released them last week.
